These terms govern your use of the BroCode Africa platform. By using the site you agree to them.

What BroCode Africa is

BroCode Africa is an information, support and referral platform for young Africans across mental health, sexual and reproductive health and rights, and financial wellbeing. It connects you to resources, events and partner services.

What it is not

The platform does not provide emergency medical care, diagnosis, or individualised legal or financial advice. The Ma Guy assistant is an AI guide, not a clinician. In an emergency, use the crisis channels on the Support page or your local emergency number.

Partner services and referrals

When you tap through to a partner such as PPAG Young & Wise or Yenkasa Africa, their own terms and privacy practices apply. BroCode Africa is not responsible for the services partners provide.

The AI assistant

Ma Guy is powered by third-party AI models. Its responses can be wrong or incomplete, and BroCode Africa is not liable for them. Treat it as a starting point, not a final answer.

Acceptable use

Do not use the platform to harass others, share others' private information, or attempt to break its security. We may suspend accounts that do.
