Privacy Policy
Last updated 8 September 2026
Your privacy is the foundation of BroCode Africa, not an afterthought. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the control you have over it.
What we collect
- Account details you choose to give us — a pseudonym and an email address. A real name is never required.
- Support and chat content you send through the coordinator form or the Ma Guy assistant, so we can respond and keep your history available to you.
- Basic usage data such as which pages and services are viewed, in aggregate, to understand what is useful.
What we never do
We do not sell your data. We do not share your identity, messages or activity with family, partners, schools or employers. We do not use your support conversations for advertising.
The referral gateway
When you tap through to a partner service, we record that a referral happened — the service, the time, and a coarse location — so we can report which services are most needed. We do not attach your identity to that record.
Your controls
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account at any time by contacting support@brocodeafrica.com.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will note it here and, where we can, tell you directly.
